Onward Community Church is looking for a passionate and strategic leader to own the growth and development of the operations department. The ideal candidate will have business acumen, an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy solving an array of problems, and be an excellent manager of people. Broadly, the Operations Director will oversee Onward's HR, Finance, IT, and building planning. They will also work closely with the Operations Coordinator on facilities and safety. Our vision for Operations at Onward is to set a foundation of sound practices that build trust and set us up for success no matter our size. The ideal candidate will bring spiritual leadership to the operations department.
You will love this role if you enjoy problem-solving, managing many different tasks at once, thinking ahead for the church, and using data to make decisions. This is a key leadership role within our staff that will carry important projects and initiatives.
