Onward's staff team is called to be the church's chief servants and to equip the saints for the work of ministry (Mark 10:45, Ephesians 4:12). We are a team that knows we are not capable of anything of value apart from Christ (John 15:5). We are looking for people who aim to be biblically based, humble, passionate, faithful, and have a lot of fun while doing it.
